WHY WE DO THIS

Zach started LevelUpX after his food truck business failed during COVID. He learned the hard way that good intentions don’t matter if you don’t have systems.

Non-profits face the same problem. They’re doing important work—feeding families, rescuing animals, helping kids—but they’re running on duct tape and prayer. Bad websites. Manual processes. No way to reach the people who need them most.

That’s why once a quarter, we choose one non-profit and build them a complete marketing system for free.

No strings attached. No upsells. Just a custom website backed by automation that helps them do more good.

WHO WE HELP

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 

We’re looking for non-profits that:

✓ Are doing real, measurable work in their community

✓ Have a clear mission (not political causes or advocacy)

✓ Need help with their website and systems (not just looking for free work)

✓ Are willing to learn and use the systems we build

✓ Will use this to help more people, not just look better online

 

Causes We Prioritize:

  • Animal rescue and shelters
  • Food banks and hunger relief
  • Youth programs and education
  • Community services
  • Veteran support
  • Homeless services
  • Health and wellness programs
  • Any cause making a real difference (that’s not politically motivated)

 

What Disqualifies You:

✗ Political campaigns or advocacy groups

✗ Organizations with discriminatory practices

✗ Groups that won’t commit to using the systems

✗ Non-profits looking for a quick fix without training

NOMINATE AN ORGANIZATION*

Know a non-profit doing amazing work? Nominate them.

Maybe it’s the animal rescue that saved your dog. The food bank that helps your neighbors. The youth program that changed your kid’s life.

Tell us who they are and why they deserve this.

SELECTION CRITERIA

HOW WE CHOOSE

We’re not looking for the most followers or the slickest pitch. We’re looking for organizations doing real work that would benefit most from better systems.

What We Consider:

  • Impact Over Size

A small shelter helping 50 dogs a month can beat a large organization with more resources. We want to help the underdogs (literally or figuratively).

  • Clear Mission

Can you explain what you do and who you help in one sentence? Good. That’s what we want to hear.

  • Readiness to Implement

Do you have someone on your team who can manage a website and email campaigns? We’ll train you, but you need to commit to using what we build.

  • Story That Matters

Why does your work matter? What happens if you don’t exist? The organizations with the clearest, most compelling stories rise to the top.

  • Community Support

If your community nominates you, that tells us you’re making a real difference. Nominations carry weight.
